Ibanez Guitars were imported into Japan from Spain in 1929 but there is little information on that however the best records started in 1972 so that is where this page starts.

Ibanez made copies of almost every guitar that was available. From Strats to LesPauls and everything in between. It was not until the Artist series that Ibanez started making a name for themselfs.
